Offerors are encouraged to attend. (Refer to Section L., Provision L.41 of the RFP). The purpose of this conference is to review the RFP schedule, review RFP highlights and provide answers to questions received. Prospective offerors interested in attending the preproposal conference must register with the SEB's Executive Secretary, Lisa Rogers, at lisa.rogers@ch.doe.gov, by July 17, 2006. Include in your response: (1) the names of all individuals to attend the conference; and (2) their citizenship. Please allow an extra fifteen minutes to get on-site and to the designated building. Argonne National Laboratory is a secured site and security passes must be obtained at the Visitors Reception Center prior to accessing the site. Please bring picture identification.
Offerors or other interested parties are responsible for frequently checking Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) and the information library website http://rfpames.sc.doe.gov for notices regarding the preproposal conference. In no event shall failure to participate in an Ames Laboratory preproposal conference, constitute grounds for a claim against the Government.
